libv4l2rds0 software package provides Video4Linux Radio Data System (RDS) decoding library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libv4l2rds0
libv4l2rds0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libv4l2rds0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libv4l2rds0 *
You will get with libv4l2rds0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
